How to get Darkrai

Ahhhh so your a fellow Pokémon fan! Well you are at our Pokémon Darkrai site so I guess that fact is a bit obvious! lol When playing a Pokémon game its just a matter of time before you start to obsess over how to catch one of the most powerful characters in Pokémon. Darkrai can be found in both Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl games, but catching Pokémon Darkrai is not an easy task. In fact, looking at the Pokémon forums, many users claim that it isn’t possible. However, Im here to tell you that it IS POSSIBLE!

How to get Darkrai

First, get up in the morning and fly to Canalava city and the Harbor Inn right next to the Pokémon center. Head inside and spend some time with the man’s son, then go to the guy that took you to Iron island and he will take you to NewMoon island. At this point, there will be the legendary Pokémon Darkrai, “master of darkness”. He will be at level 40, but he is extremely powerful so be very careful. You can catch him with any kind of Poké ball, even a master ball, but using a master ball to catch Darkrai is a bit of a cop out! . Also, keep in mind that you will need the member card key item to gain access to the inn.

How to get Darkrai with action replay

Activate the Walk Anywhere cheat code.
You’ll be able to walk through anywhere! You can use this code to get a lot of things, but for now, go to Canalave City.
Sail over to Fullmoon Island. It is required that you have the National Pokedex. If you don’t have it, you first need to get it!
With the walk anywhere code on, walk directly to the right from Fullmoon Island. You will eventually end up on Newmoon Island.
Head out into the opening. There you will see Darkrai.

About Darkrai

Darkrai is a creepy dark, shadowish creature. It has a small head with a white fogy ghost like substance emitting from its head masking one of its piercing blue eyes, and also has a redish growth coming from its neck area. It has very thin arms and long black growths hanging from its shoulders. It has the slight appearance of a corset and appears to be wearing an old, tattered cloak. It doesn't have any legs, but it can extend stilt-like appendages in their absence. When defending itself, Darkrai also appears capable of hiding its head and white area into the pit atop its body fringed by the before mentioned red growth.
